Austine Wisley Ngabwe is a refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo who lives in Nairobi, Kenya. He is one of the founder members of Christ's Victory Centre, which aims to provide hope to the hopeless through an economic empowerment program for women and youth who lack formal employment. His mission is to empower beneficiaries to be personally responsible for future successes. Austine runs an Education Centre for refugees, where he nurtures and mentors young people and women, and promotes menstrual hygiene by ensuring regular supply of sanitary towels to girls.
