Dollarman Fatinato is a 21 year old youth advocate passionate about young people’s health in line of sexual reproductive health particularly access to youth friendly health services including family planning and he does budget advocacy to ensure budget allocation on the same. He is a volunteer youth advocate with Youth in Action. The Y-ACT Youth in Action Project is an initiative of Amref Health Africa and The Advocacy Accelerator,  aimed at building the capacity of youth in Kenya to undertake effective advocacy on policy and resource priorities focusing on Gender Equality and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

He also volunteers at The Centre for The Study of Adolescence in the same capacity and worked as a health research data collector at Youth Accountability and Strategy Network in 2017. Dollarman has also been an active member of St. John’s Ambulance Kenya,  as a volunteer emergency respondent, besides that he’s also a member of CAMPE company that does community development among young people and school outreach  activities as well as conduct community radio show for young people in and out of school  to discuss emerging issues .

Dollarman has driven successful advocacy projects to increase resource allocation for family planning at county level. He traversed more than fifteen counties in Kenya, capacity building fellow young people (Youth leaders) on how to run strategic advocacy and good leadership.

Dollarman has proven to be a youth leader, demographic dividend champion and a peer consultant.
