Kit Catterson is a Programme Manager with 5 years’ experience in international gender-based programming, providing technical and management leadership to programmes addressing education for women and girls, sex trafficking, maternal health, and FGM. Kit currently provides programme management to The Girl Generation programme, an Africa-led movement to end FGM in 10 sub-Saharan African countries.  Kit originally hails from Australia, and is currently based in London working with Options Consultancy Services which supports The Girl Generation programme. Kit has also lived and worked in India and Nepal, and has worked with teams across Africa.
