As the managing director of Spur Afrika Australia, Rosalie was inspired to work with vulnerable children in the Kibera slums after witnessing, firsthand, its horrendous conditions in 2011.  Alongside the team in Kenya, Rosalie helped build the momentrum of Spur Afrika, a locally-run non-governmental organization that fosters community and spurs the potential of individuals to unlock a sustainable future.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Rosalie also works as an occupational therapist whilst undertaking her Masters of Public Health at the University of Melbourne.  Her belief is that the key to development is in engaging, empowering, and equipping the future generation.
