Scarlett Hawkins is an advocate and author hailing from Melbourne, Australia.

With a passion for gender equality, sexual and reproductive health, human rights and storytelling, Scarlett has over 5 years of experience in helping worthy causes identify their unique brand identity and amplify what makes them exceptional.

As a Senior Consultant with Global Office Consulting, Scarlett has found a niche in developing creative communications approaches for International Development organisations that focus on gender equality, human rights and sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health.

Scarlett presently leads on Advocacy and Communications for both the International Confederation of Midwives and Wellbeing for Women. She has represented these clients interests at a number of high-level meetings, including the 61st United Nations Commission for the Status of Women, the 71st and 72nd United Nations General Assemblies, the 31st Triennial Congress of the International Confederation of Midwives, and the 4th Women Deliver Global Conference.

Scarlett has written four novels and holds a Bachelors degree in International Politics & Counter-Terrorism from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in Lyon, France.
